Cracker Box Goddess

The use of thrown away packaging, the discarded remnant of desire, questioned notions of consumer value. This sculpture, developed in the safe, isolated realm of the studio, reflects an inward preciousness with it's shiny, "jeweled" surfaces, and use of cardboard from products the artist personally consumed.
