"Thin Blue Line" is a 12.5 foot tall policeman’s face for the Richmond, Virginia, Grace Street police headquarters. The stainless steel sculpture is bisected by a 'Thin Blue Line' which represents the police force as the dividing line between order and chaos. The sculpture provides a human face representing the powerful community presence of the police.
